Dr. Luisa Alvarez

Luisa relocated from beautiful British Columbia, Canada to attend undergraduate studies at the University of New Mexico.  Her graduate studies were completed at Southern California College of Optometry in Fullerton.  Additionally, she completed a post-graduate residency in ocular disease on one of the largest Indian reservations in the United States.

Outside of work, Luisa enjoys family time, traveling and rescue/rehabilitation of animals.

Dr. Stephen Reigstad

Stephen is a native of Minnesota.  He attended undergraduate at Bethel University in Arden Hills, MN. His graduate studies were completed at Pacific University in Oregon. After graduation, Stephen worked in several different settings including private practice, commercial optometry, and hospital-based optometry.

Stephen is an avid mountain biker, long distance runner and overall fitness enthusiast.

Cheyenne Montoya, CPO

Cheyenne was born and raised in our beautiful state of New Mexico. She has enjoyed working in the Optometry field since 2010.  Cheyenne is a Certified Paraoptometric and is excited to expand her optometric knowledge.

When she is not at work, Cheyenne enjoys spending time with her family. Additionally, she likes to rescue/rehabilitate animals.

Andrea Ochoa, CPO

Andrea is a dedicated optometric and ophthalmic technician who joined our team in 2016.  Andrea is excited about her job and has earned her Paraoptometric Certification.

Andrea grew up in Albuquerque and very much enjoys the beautiful weather and activities that New Mexico offers.  She also enjoys spending time with her family, reading and cares personally about getting the best results for our patients.
